Description: This is a simple project aimed at the policy of triple-R Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Waste management is a grave problem in third world countries and a lot recycle-able waste ends up in landfills and water channels. Paper recycling project was implemented at our university campus aimed at preventing the casual disposal of the paper waste. All paper from university campus was collected and sent to a paper manufacturing mill, where it was converted into useful paper pulp. This project is a revenue generating project, since the paper collected was sold to the mill as raw material, besides, it helped in creating general awareness among students, faculty and officers to conserve and reuse paper.
