Human Network is a global and decentralized network of youth committed to social responsible uses of Information and Communication Technology. It is based on ITU Telecom Youth Fora alumni and other likeminded peers.
 
The Human Network bears the universal characteristics of inclusiveness, representation, decentralization, and synergy. This website is a platform created to showcase and support the activities of the members of the Human Network and serve as a stage for their opinions and visions regarding the role of ICT in buidling prosperous, sustainable, and inclusive society. We encourages exchange of ideas and experience as well as practical assistance to projects aimed at constructive, innovative, and socially responsible uses of information technology.
